Hi, I'm Matthew.

I'm a software developer. I've been on the ground floor of new companies more than once, I've seen what hyperscaling looks like from the inside, and I've built large-scale systems.

That's the experience I bring to every conversation, whether I'm talking with an engineer about their next move or with a team that's trying to hire.

Othismo is just me. No team of sourcers, no handoffs, no quotas. When you talk to Othismo, you talk to me, and I bring the same judgment I'd use hiring for my own team.
